The 69th Brigade of the Royal Field Artillery were part of 13th Division that were sent to Egypt in 1915 and later went to Gallipoli. All except the D Battery which remained in Egypt and that is where Alfred Meloy died from causes as yet unknown, on 6th August, 1915. |
